The Lifeways Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of support services for adults with learning disabilities, and we have a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader in our supported living service in Prudhoe.

Essential Experience and Qualifications
Ideally, you will hold an NVQ / SVQ Level 3 or a QCF Level 3 award, certificate, or diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have relevant experience, preferably within the relevant field. Previous management or supervisory experience is essential due to the supervisory responsibilities of this role.
In this role, you will be required to be highly flexible and participate in the 24-hour on-call rotational system, providing management support to staff and person-centred approaches to the people who use our service.
