A leading charity in Preston is seeking a Team Leader for their Children & Young People's Domestic Abuse team. This role involves managing Caseworkers who support young victims, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to positive outcomes for clients. Salary: GBP29580 - GBP29580 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader to join our Children & Young People's Domestic Abuse team in Lancashire , working 37.5 hours per week.
You will be responsible for a team of Caseworkers supporting young people who have witnessed Domestic Abuse from the age of 5 - 18 years. The caseworkers work on a one to one basis with those affected, as well as providing group sessions to suitable cohorts. Support is provided mainly within schools however interventions can also take place within local communities.

About the role:
This role is based from either Preston, Accrington or Blackpool office. This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. As a Team Leader you will be:
Ensuring the delivery of excellent services to victims in accordance with service specifications and performance targets. Supporting and effectively managing operational staff, to achieve the overall aim of supporting clients meeting the VS Servic e Model.
The role will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager/Management team, in the implementation of the VS business plan and the continuous development of the service to maximise positive outcomes for clients.
This role will focus on the performance management of direct line reports including the allocation/auditing of cases and the collation of service performance reports, measuring KPIs and quality compliance.
