Job summary

RecruitedUK is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and guide Employment Advisers who work with clients, health professionals, service providers and employers to support people back into employment. Based in Fareham, Gosport, Havant or Hayling Island, the role aims to make the journey into work as smooth as possible by leading the team.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience in health/disability contexts, team leadership, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Excellent and confident communicator across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with people with health conditions or disabilities in health, social services or voluntary sector.
• Experience working one-to-one with clients.
• Experience of team leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job description

We are looking for Team Leaders to support and guide Employment Advisers who work with clients, health professionals, service providers and employers to support people back into employment. As a Team Leader, you will be focused on making sure a person’s journey into employment, with associated improved social inclusion and wellbeing is as easy as possible by guiding and supporting your team.

Location: Roles in Fareham, Gosport, Havant and Hayling Island (Community Based).

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum (based on experience).

Ideal Candidate

• Be an excellent and confident communicator, with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
• Have experience/understanding of working with people with health conditions /disabilities, substance misuse needs, or a similar client group within health, social services or the voluntary sector
• Have experience of working with someone on a one-to-one basis
• Have experience of team leadership
• Have proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets
• Have experience of managing multiple tasks at any one time
