National Care Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Atlantic Way Care in Tavistock. The role is 40 hours per week with a starting rate of £13.86 per hour (£28,828.80 annually) and a £500 joining bonus.
You will lead frontline staff and ensure person-centred support across homes, maintaining compliance and quality care. Ideally you have strong communication, a flexible approach, and the ability to motivate a team.
