• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Enjoy and can participate in outdoor pursuits, including swimming

Joe is registered blind but actively enjoys outdoor activities like walking over rough terrain, cycling, and kayaking. He lives independently in Plymouth with a supportive team and close family. The role involves supporting his emotional and physical wellbeing and maintaining his relationships.

As a Team Leader, you should have some leadership experience, confidence in leading a team of 6 to 8 people, and the ability to manage shifts, plan rotas, and support team development. Motivation, energy, flexibility, reliability, and a good sense of humour are essential qualities.
