Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a hands-on Team Leader in Hayle, Cornwall. You’ll work with the management team to keep daily priorities on track, help the team hit targets, and ensure shelves are stocked and the store runs smoothly.

As a Team Leader, you’ll develop your leadership skills, coach colleagues, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role offers a stable full-time contract, good benefits, and opportunities for progression.
