Job summary

Home Bargains in Barnstaple is seeking a Team Leader to run daily store operations, supervise colleagues, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, keep shelves stocked, and help drive sales while upholding standards. This full-time role offers up to 44 hours weekly, a 28-day annual leave entitlement, a company pension, store discounts, and access to training and wellbeing support.
