Job summary

Asda in Bridgend is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily operations of the department on night shifts.

You'll lead by example, support colleagues, ensure stock is well presented, and deliver great customer service. The role requires you to work 36 hours per week with a permanent, full-time contract and a competitive pay rate of £16.64 per hour.

You'll collaborate with your manager to maintain high standards, motivate the team, and adapt to busy periods, weekends and evenings as required.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example-supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
