Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Team Leader in Burton upon Trent to drive the day-to-day running of a department, lead by example, and ensure top customer service. The role requires 24 hours per week, with a permanent part-time contract and daytime shifts.

You’ll manage stock, support new starters, and step in to solve problems while collaborating with the store manager to keep standards high and the team motivated and focused.

As aTeam Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
