Job summary

Asda in Falkirk is seeking a Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations in the store, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer service on nights. The role is full-time and permanent, 36 hours per week with a pay rate of £16.64 per hour.

You will help with stock, support new starters, and work closely with the store manager to keep standards high and the team motivated. All duties are in a retail environment at night shifts.

As aTeam Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service.
