Job summary

Asda is seeking a Team Leader in Llandudno to oversee daily department operations on the shop floor. You’ll guide colleagues, ensure stock is well managed, and train new starters while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will work with your manager to sustain high standards, motivate the team, and adapt to weekend and evening shifts in a 36-hour week at a £14.10 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

As aTeam Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor.
