Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has what it needs to keep service running smoothly and customers happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate the crew during busy periods, keep the bar safe, legal and clean, and demonstrate first‑class service with a warm welcome. Join a brand that values development and supportive benefits.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
