Job summary

Greene King is hiring a Team Leader for Farmhouse Inns in Dundee. You will lead shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards while supporting the restaurant team.

As a Deputy to management, you’ll coordinate a busy period, keep the bar compliant, and model exceptional customer care in a welcoming, brand-wide environment across Greene King brands.

Qualifications

• Maintain high standards and deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Coordinate and support the team during busy shifts.
• Maintain bar safety, legality and cleanliness with quick issue resolution.
• Clear spoken and written English required.

• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
