Job summary

Farmhouse Inns, part of Greene King, is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure the team has what they need, and keep customers happy. You’ll lead by example, maintain high standards, and support colleagues through busy periods.

You’ll uphold safety and legal requirements, organise the team, and deliver a warm, welcoming service. This role offers opportunities to develop within Greene King's pub brands and contribute to a busy, friendly team.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
