GXO is recruiting for a Team Leader to join the equipment management operation at our Sainsbury’s RRU site in Northampton. This full-time, permanent role runs a 4 on 4 off shift (06:00–18:00) to support the team and ensure efficient processing of returns and equipment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and flexibility with hours. Experience in a similar role is advantageous for success at GXO.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join equipment management operation at our Sainsbury’s RRU site in Northampton. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.

This is a full time, permanent position working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 06:00 – 18:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,752.08 per annum and 22 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
