Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland in Bangor is seeking a Team Leader / Supervisor to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a busy store at Springhill Shopping Centre.

You'll work on a clear progression path toward Store Manager, with coaching from experienced leaders and a people-first culture that values your contribution. Free staff parking and friendly team await.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with team coaching experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and scheduling.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver great customer service.
• Support development and progression of team members.
• Ensure smooth daily running of store operations and cash handling.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting Costa Coffee culture.
