Job summary

Atlas Hotels is seeking a Team Leader at Holiday Inn Express Newport. You will lead a small team across hospitality shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations. A friendly, proactive approach and coaching mindset are essential for developing your team and delivering an excellent guest experience.

The role offers 16 hours per week across two days, with an hourly rate of £13.90, and plenty of staff discounts and benefits. Training across hotel operations will be provided.

So what does a Team Leader do?

• Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do
• You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously
• You’ll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance, so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure
• You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
