Job summary

Atlas Hotels is hiring a Team Leader at the Holiday Inn Express Inverness to lead a friendly, guest-focused team in a 40-hour week across five days. The 12-month fixed-term maternity cover offers £13.95 per hour and a dynamic, varied role in hospitality.

You'll coach team members, ensure correct staffing, and support the Hotel Operations Manager to drive improvements and deliver a great guest experience. Hospitality experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a customer service environment.
• Hospitality experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm Atlas welcome to guests and new employees.
• Ensure Team Members are in the right place at the right time and coach them.
• Be the go-to person for guidance, nurturing and staying calm under pressure.

So what does a Team Leader do?

• Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do
• You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously
• You’ll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance, so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure
• You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
