Atlas Hotels is seeking a Team Leader for Holiday Inn Express London Chingford. This role covers 32 hours across 4 days per week, leading a guest-focused team and delivering a high standard of service in a busy hotel environment.

You’ll be supported by a friendly, enthusiastic team and can be trained in hotel operations. The package includes £13.95 per hour, staff discounts, pension and health options, plus recognition schemes.

• Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do
• You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously
• You’ll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance, so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure
• You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
