Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for the Bletchley Beacon store in Milton Keynes. This part-time role covers 18 hours across 3 days including weekends, with shifts focused on energising the team and maintaining service and coffee excellence.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, lead smooth shifts, and uphold Costa's values while delivering great guest experiences. The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive environment.
