Job summary

Costa Coffee in Farnborough is seeking a Team Leader to run smooth shifts, train and support new Baristas, and energise the team.

This permanent 35-hour role offers £13.75–£14.75 per hour, location-dependent, with benefits including a 50% discount, matched pension up to 10%, Coca-Cola share scheme and Financial Support Fund. Costa Foundation involvement also supported.

Hours typically between 4:30am and 11pm
