Job summary

Europcar at Manchester Airport is seeking a Team Leader to oversee frontline staff, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service. You will coach staff, manage performance and lead by example in a high-volume branch.

The role includes daily staff development, training, and responsibility for budgeting and P&L review, with a comprehensive benefits package and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required.
• Management of direct customer contact, employee relations, budget and P&L review.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across the organisation with peers, staff and management, both written and verbal.
• Strong team-oriented leadership skills and proven track record in a leadership role.
