A fulfilling and exciting opportunity is available for a Team Leader to join our Association. The Team Leader will be based in our offices in Leicester.

Purpose of the role

• To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, reliable support services tailored to the specific needs of each young person entering our children’s services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards.
• To provide first-line management and supervise a team of staff to ensure that young people are safeguarded, supported, and receive person-centred support within our accommodation in accordance with policies, the statement of purpose, legislation, and OFSTED standards.
