Job summary

CareTech Community Services Ltd in Y Felinheli, Gwynedd, is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Complete Care & Enablement to guide and inspire care teams delivering personalised support to adults with complex needs.

You will lead, supervise, and review care plans, support governance audits, and ensure high standards of safety and quality while promoting Welsh language practice across North Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising care teams.
• Experience in care, supported living or residential settings.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards).
• Experience supporting adults with autism.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Welsh.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Calm, resilient under pressure.
• Genuine passion for improving lives.

• Lead, support and supervise support staff.

Team Leader Complete Care & Enablement and CareTech Community Services Ltd Location: Y Felinheli, Gwynedd Salary: £14.45 per hour plus £62.64 sleep-in allowance Hours:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our service in Y Felinheli, Gwynedd, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and neurological needs across North Wales.

About the Service Complete Care & Enablement provides specialist support to individuals living in their own homes and supported living environments across North Wales.

Our services range from 24-hour supported living to outreach support, helping people develop life skills, maintain their tenancies, build independence, and live the lifestyle they choose with dignity, respect, and confidence.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our teams continue to deliver outstanding person-centred support while empowering the people we support to achieve their goals.

The Role

• Lead, support and supervise support staff

About You

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working in a care, supported living or residential environment
• Experience leading or supervising care teams
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or evidence of working towards completion)
• Experience supporting adults with autism
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively in Welsh
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities
• A calm and resilient approach under pressure
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of others
