SGS-Care-Ltd is recruiting a Team Leader for a Residential Children’s Home in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality care for children and young people with complex needs, including EBD.
Key requirements include a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards it), Level 5 Leadership & Management desirable, and at least 1 year in residential childcare with supervisory experience.

Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in residential childcare, ideally with previous supervisory or management experience
The Home:

You'll need excellent planning, organisation and communication skills, a sound understanding of safeguarding procedures and relevant legal frameworks, and the resilience to stay calm and adaptable under pressure. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins, is essential.
