Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for the Sainsbury’s Epsom Kiln Lane store. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week and offers a permanent contract.

You will lead shifts, train new Baristas, and drive energy and motivation across the team while upholding high standards of service and coffee excellence. Join a store focused on great coffee experiences, flexible shifts, and a culture that values warmth, teamwork and personal growth.
