Job summary

Greene King Brewery’s Old Bell in Grazeley Green is looking for a Team Leader to guide a shift with energy and care. You’ll ensure service stays warm, fast and safe, while supporting colleagues and resolving issues.

You’ll deputise for management, maintain high standards, and keep customers happy. The role is full-time, with 20 hours per week and pay up to £13.00 per hour, reflecting a leadership position in a pub setting.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
