Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a shift, ensure high standards, and keep customers happy. You will deputise for management, coordinate the team during busy periods, and maintain a safe, legal bar environment.

We value a can-do attitude, hands-on leadership, and strong English communication to ensure allergen controls are followed and guests have a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience in hospitality.
• Ability to deputise for management and resolve issues.
• Experience coordinating a team during busy shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and safe, legal service.
• Fluent spoken and written English; allergen controls understanding.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible. A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
