Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for its Hungry Horse pubs in the United Kingdom. You will lead the team on shifts, ensure service is smooth and orders are accurate, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the bar and dining areas.

You’ll role-model excellent customer service while supporting the management team and developing junior colleagues through Greene King Apprenticeships. Strong English and a can-do attitude are essential.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible., Get a glimpse into a day in the life of our bar and waiting staff! In this video, you'll experience the pace, precision, and personality that go into delivering excellent service-from preparing drinks and taking orders to creating memorable moments for our guests., As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are
• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
