Job summary

Chef & Brewer in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide the shift, uphold high standards, and ensure guests enjoy a warm, memorable visit.

You will lead by example, deputise for management when needed, coordinate a busy team, and keep the bar safe, legal, and clean while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.

• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
