Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide shifts, energise the team and sustain excellent service and coffee quality. You will model reliability, communication and accountability while supporting store operations in Rustington.

As a Team Leader, you’ll train and coach Baristas, drive performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day running with flexible shifts that fit your life.
