Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team during shifts. You’ll lead smooth service, train Baristas, and maintain high coffee standards with confidence and accountability. A strong communicator and calm under pressure are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced cafe or retail environment.
• Strong communication and people-skills for coaching Baristas.
• Ability to stay calm, reliable and focused during busy shifts.
