Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader in Weymouth to oversee shifts, coach Baristas, and drive a high standard of service. You’ll energise the team, maintain coffee excellence and lead by example in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and teams in a fast-paced retail or cafe setting.
• Strong ability to train and support new team members (Baristas).
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, motivating approach.
