Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse pub in the UK is hiring a Team Leader to guide the shift and support the management team. You’ll ensure excellent guest experiences, maintain high standards, and coach the team to deliver great service during busy periods.

As a Team Leader you’ll role-model teamwork, delegate tasks, and handle issues swiftly, keeping the bar safe, legal and welcoming for customers and colleagues. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
