Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd in the United Kingdom (Crick, Wales) is hiring a permanent, full-time Floor/Area Manager for the warehouse. The role covers 16:00–00:00 shifts, leading a team, coordinating operations, and maintaining client relationships to ensure smooth daily workflow.

You will drive safety, planning, and people development, with a salary up to £33,000 plus a shift allowance, and a benefits package including pension, life cover, and health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experienced in managing teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.
