We’re on the hunt for a TEAM LEADER in our Coventry store, someone who is results-driven and service obsessed! Could that be YOU?

You’ll be accountable for leading the success of the retail team and their performance:

• Inspiring them to be the best they can be
• Coaching them so they have what it takes to thrive
• Motivating them to exceed targets and smash their goals

How you’ll add real value in your role:

1. Lead the team to create an amazing service experience that customers will remember
2. Ignite a real sales energy in store to exceed targets, and be sure to get involved, show them how it’s done!
3. Support, drive, and recognize your team – be the leader you would want to follow
4. Stay in the loop; understand the business needs and organize effectively to meet deadlines
5. Maintain vibrant visual merchandising and ensure products look attractive, reflecting our brand standards
