Company Description
Location: Edinburgh
Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour
Shifts available: 24hr care package – shifts are 24hrs (including sleepover)
Access to vehicle required: Full UK manual driving licence required due driving Service User car.
Experience required: Experience with brain injury desirable

What you’ll do
You will be responsible for managing a small team of support workers, conducting and documenting care plans and risk assessments, staff supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings. You will also work with our Service Manager in supporting the best outcomes for customers and staff, ensuring that excellent services are delivered. 80% of the role will be on shift carrying out Support Worker duties which will involve personal care, outings with service users – all physical and adventurous activities and holidays with service users, assisting with general household tasks, doctor/hospital visits.
