As a Team Leader, you will work with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and play a key role in delivering our core operations to high standards. Your responsibilities include coaching your team to ensure a dependable and consistent customer experience. Your role involves:

  1. Assisting with daily operations, including food prep, inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
  2. Learning managerial skills like scheduling, team coordination, and effective communication to lead a motivated team.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues and managers to uphold high standards and our brand reputation.
  5. Embracing continuous learning, taking feedback constructively, and applying it to improve your skills and performance.
