Job description

Join to apply for the Team Leader role at Mountain Financial Printing & Design Group.

We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee a staff team for our outreach service in Cannock, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and additional needs. Our services are personalized, person-centered, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes, respecting the rights of individuals to lead fulfilling lives and reach their full potential.

As a Team Leader, you will support the Area Manager and senior team to ensure the service meets high standards, including all CQC and contractual requirements. You will promote integrated care and support, ensuring services are personalized and aligned with care plans to enhance wellbeing, quality of life, and community engagement. A key part of your role involves fostering a culture of responsive, person-centered practice and active support based on respect and positive regard.

Your work will involve a mix of shift work and management days, including evenings and weekends, across the entire week.

We value strong leadership and are looking for someone with the right skills and experience to help us continue our commitment to quality and support.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. At least two years of managerial experience.
  2. Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, forensic histories, or autism with complex needs.
  3. Strong values, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively for positive outcomes.
  5. Experience in Positive Behavioral Support and risk management approaches.
  6. Excellent assessment, support planning, and report writing skills.
