Job summary

Chopstix is seeking a Team Leader in Brighton to lead from the front, run shifts, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering great food and customer experiences.

You will coach and empower the team, work with management to drive performance, and help create a positive, fast-paced environment where every customer leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• Hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.

About The Position –

Team Leader → Lead from the front and set the tone every shift.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You'll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.
