Job summary

Chopstix is seeking a Team Leader who leads from the front in a fast-paced store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality food. You’ll run shifts as a key holder, support daily operations, and collaborate with the management team to drive performance.

You’ll coach and inspire your team, foster a culture of teamwork, and ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience. You’ll work across all areas of the store and stay flexible to meet busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• A passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• Hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
• A positive attitude, high standards, and a desire to grow with the business.
