Chopstix Group in Bolton is seeking a Team Leader who leads from the front, runs shifts as a key holder, and drives great food and customer experiences across busy service periods.

You will coach your team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and collaborate with management to boost performance while maintaining high standards and a positive, flexible approach, including evenings, weekends and occasional late nights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused settings.
• Confident decision-maker with ownership of shifts.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate peers.
• Adaptable to evenings, weekends and late-night trading when required.

Job description

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences. As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience. You'll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.

• Spot opportunities to improve service, standards, and the customer experience?

• Be flexible with your availability, including evenings, weekends, and late-night trading where required?
• Up for late nights? We may trade until 4am on select nights in selected stores - flexibility is key!
  Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• The ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• A passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• A hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
