Job summary

Chopstix Group is seeking a Team Leader to lead from the front, run shifts as a key holder, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coach and inspire your team while delivering flavour-packed experiences that delight customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences. As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience. You'll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.,

• Up for late nights? We may trade until 4am on select nights - flexibility is key!
