Chopstix, part of QSRP group, is hiring a Team Leader to lead from the front and drive great food and customer experiences in a fast-paced store. You will run shifts, support daily operations, coach your team, and foster a collaborative environment that delivers flavour-packed experiences to every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• Hands-on approach, with flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
• A positive attitude, high standards, and a desire to grow with the business.

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You’ll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.
