Job summary

Chopstix is looking for a Team Leader to lead from the front, manage shifts, and work across store operations to drive performance and customer experiences. As a key holder, you’ll run shifts, coach your team, and collaborate with management to deliver great food and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• The ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• A passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• A hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
• A positive attitude, high standards, and a desire to grow with the business.
