Job summary

Voyage Care invites applications for a Team Leader at Summerfield Court in Bramley, Leeds. You will guide a dynamic ABI service with a supportive team, helping residents gain more independence and quality of life.

You will assist the Manager with daily supervision, allocate shifts, induct new colleagues, conduct supervision's and appraisals, develop care plans, order medication, and ensure people we support can manage finances in the absence of the manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Team Leader role in health and social care.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
• Strong supervision and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
• Allocate shifts, inductions, training, and appraisals.
• Develop and update care plans and order medication.
• Support people we care for to manage finances and independence.

Team Leader - Bramley, Leeds - £14.52 per hour

We're currently searching for a fantastic Team Leader to join us in leading our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service - Summerfield Court in Bramley, Leeds. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Team Leader with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision's and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager. You'll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Team Leaders are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We're interested in our Team Leader having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Team Leader should have previous experience in a similar role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals with an acquired brain injury.
