Job summary

Mecca Beeston is hiring a Slots Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our Beeston venue. You’ll lead the slot area on shift, brief the team, manage rosters, and ensure smooth service while you drive KPIs and uphold safer gambling practices.

We offer real contracts (39 hours per week), a competitive hourly salary of £13.60, discounts, and a supportive, team‑focused environment with full training provided to help you succeed in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding a team in hospitality/retail/leisure.
• Knowledge of safer gambling regulations preferred.
• Training will be offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the area on shift to set pace and standards for a brilliant guest experience.
• Brief the team, rota within your zone, coordinate breaks and keep service moving.
• Monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction, speed of service and cleanliness, escalating issues when needed.

We are looking to hire a Slots Team Leader, someone who is great with customers and offers excellent service. Some knowledge on safer gambling regulations is preferred but not necessity. Training will be offered.
