Job summary

Mecca is hiring a Slots Team Leader to lead a shift, brief and schedule the team, and maintain high service standards across guest experiences in our venues or online play. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate breaks, and ensure smooth operation while delivering exceptional customer care.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, coaching, and rapid problem-solving to maintain a brilliant shift for guests. Safety and compliance are essential to daily duties.

Qualifications

• Frontline leadership and people management experience in hospitality/retail/leisure
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to drive service standards
• Organised, proactive and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Experience guiding a team during live service and coordinating shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead the area on shift, brief the team, and manage rota within your zone
• Ensure service moves smoothly, escalating issues when needed
• Hit shift KPIs for customer satisfaction, speed of service, and cleanliness
• Coach team in the moment and provide practical feedback

We are looking to hire a Slots Team Leader, someone who is great with customers and offers excellent service. Some knowledge on safer gambling regulations is preferred but not necessity. Training will be offered.

As a Team Leader, you'll run your area on shift, setting the pace and standards so every guest has a brilliant experience. You'll brief the team, rota within your zone, coordinate breaks, and keep service moving - escalating issues when needed.
