Job summary

GoodFit is seeking a Team Lead Solutions Engineer in Bath to steer a small team of 2 Solutions Engineers, bridging pre-sales and post-sales work to deliver high‑quality data sets for our clients and support GTM initiatives. You will coordinate with commercial teams, translate needs into actionable datasets, and drive client value from data integrations.

You will guide onboarding, ensure mapping of target markets, and collaborate with engineering and product to push for continual improvements,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Solutions or Sales Engineering team in a SaaS or data-focused environment.
• Ability to translate customer needs into DataSet requirements and GTM strategies.
• Strong collaboration with sales, product and engineering to drive product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 Solutions Engineers providing pre- and post-sales support.
• Translate prospects needs into bespoke datasets and guide data sources.
• Onboard clients with configurations and integrations to CRMs and data warehouses.
• Maintain client communications and educate on product capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to relay feedback and drive improvements.
