Job summary

Flowd is seeking a GTM strategist to lead outbound campaigns, build hyper-targeted lead lists, and manage end-to-end data workflows using Clay, Instantly, and Claude. You will work in a remote setup with a two-hour UK time window, collaborating across teams to book meetings and drive client impact.

You will source and enrich B2B data, design targeted campaigns, and optimize pipelines across multiple client programs, learning rapidly in a fast-paced marketing services environment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience building B2B prospect data.
• Experience with Clay for data workflows is essential.
• Detail-oriented approach to data quality is required.
• Comfort managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enrichment workflows in Clay.
• Source and build lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and niche data sources.
• Build, launch and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly.
• Own the data pipeline end-to-end: research, enrichment, segmentation, campaign build.
• Design signal-driven targeting so the right message reaches the right account.
• Use Claude across research, copy and data work to move faster.
• Work closely with your pod to hit client targets and keep campaigns performing.
